Gray’s School of Art reflects our emphasis on experiential learning and critical reflection. Our students have access to dedicated studio spaces and a full range of analogue and digital workshops; these include a photographic darkroom and studios, ceramics and jewellery workshops, digital video editing lab, and printmaking and fashion manufacturing facilities.

Hands-on learning

The School of Creative & Cultural Business is based within the modern Aberdeen Business School building and provides spacious lecture theatres, dedicated creative industry facilities and extensive IT services to ensure you learn in a productive environment. Facilities include a newsroom, TV Studio and TV Control Room, Radio Station, and The Fashion Place, with its visual display area and project work space.

Purpose-built environments

This innovative £16m building incorporates many energy-efficient features, including solar panels on the roof to help heat water and automatic lighting level controls which adjust internal lighting depending on external light levels.
